Order Processing Time
The time that we need to prepare an order for shipping is generally 1 to 2 business days (more often then not - one business day). We ship all of our products from our vendor in Marion, Arkansas (across the river from Memphis) - meaning items can arrive in most parts of the USA within 3 to 4 days.
Changes to Orders
If your order has already been placed, it may be difficult for us to guarantee any changes to your order details, including changing the shipping address. Please ensure that your purchase and your billing and shipping addresses are 100% correct prior to submitting your order.
Customs + Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Sales Tax
Orders shipping to any US state that currently by law requires us to do so, will have sales tax added.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
